Terms of Use

1. This contract ("Contract") governs the terms of use of the on-line services ("Service" or "Services") made available by Info Draft S.n.c. with offices in Milan, via Orti 7 ("Info Draft"), on its Website at the address www.sfilate.it ("Website").
Please read these Contract terms carefully. Use of the Service automatically implies acceptance of the Contract, subject to acceptance of further clauses when registering with the Website or using specific services.

Info Draft shall retain all exclusive rights for the contents of the Service, made available by the Website’s editorial office for exclusively domestic use.
The Contract may be subject to changes and variations over time: the date of the most updated version is shown on this page. Continued use of the Service over time shall imply automatic acceptance of the latest version of the Contract.

Subject to what is described hereinafter with reference to specific circumstances, we inform you that, henceforth, failure to observe the terms of the Contract, even with regard only to individual clauses, or to other terms of use stated in the various sections of the Website or behaviour contrary to our company policy, your access to the Service may be suspended or cancelled, and that we reserve the right to implement such suspension or cancellation at our indisputable judgement and without notice, without prejudice to any further action which may be taken by our company.

REGISTRATION OF USERS

2. Info Draft may require you to register with the Website,as a condition for the use of some Services, after which you will be assigned a user name and a password.
You shall guarantee that the personal data that you are asked to enter – the handling of which shall be governed by our Privacy Policy – refer to yourself and are correct and true; you also undertake to update it promptly when needed (for example, if your address or telephone number changes, etc.).

You shall undertake to carefully guard the user name and password use for registering, and state that you are aware that disclosure of such data to third parties and/or their use by third parties is not permitted and may imply your responsibility for use of the Service by others. In such cases, Info Draft also reserves the right to suspend or cancel your access to the Service.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

The Service is provided in the current state of law and fact: we therefore exclude any explicit or implicit guarantee in relation to the quality or with regard to particular characteristics of the Service,and likewise we shall not in any circumstance be held responsible should the Service become wholly or partially unavailable, or for any different method of delivery of the Service.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or certain access to the Service, since operation of the Website may undergo interference by numerous factors beyond our control. We therefore reserve the right to suspend the Service or even to permanently cancel it for any reason whatever.
Within the limits set forth by the applicable laws, you hereby expressly renounce the right to raise any objection, claim, petition, action, request, etc. against Info Draft and its partners, and related employees, executives, contributors, etc. in relation to your use of the Service or to any other act or fact connected with the Service.

Any possible contacts, even those of a commercial nature, between you and a third party, including advertisers and/or others with whom you may come into contact when using the Service or by means of the Service, shall not concern, bind or involve Info Draft, nor shall they have any effect except with regard to your relations with the said third parties, and therefore you henceforth expressly renounce the right to raise any objection, claim, petition, action, request, etc. against Info Draft (and/or partner companies, and related employees, executives, contributors, etc.) on such grounds._eng.

FURTHER RELEVANT TERMS

4. Info Draft reserves the right to provide for, and ask you to accept, as required, further terms of use relevant to specific parts or sections of the Service. Such further terms shall be issued in the parts of the Service to which they refer and shall be clearly identifiable.

APPLICABLE LEGAL SYSTEM AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

5. This Contract has been drawn up under and shall be interpreted according to Italian law. Any dispute that may arise from the relationship governed by this Contract shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Milan Law Courts.
