BON VOYAGE FROM KIEHL'S AND DEREK LAM INPIRED BY WORLD TRAVELS, NEw YORK DESIGNER CREATES LIMITED EDITION TRAVEL KIT FOR EAST VILLAGE APOTHECARY
Kiehl's Since 1851 is proud and humbled to announce a collaborative effort with New York fashion designer Derek Lam and the launch of the Limited Edition Travel Kit, designed by Derek Lam exclusively for Kiehl's. Debuting first in New York City and then world-wide in stores this September, the luxury travel kit will contain a selection of Derek Lam's favorite grooming essentials in a convenient travel size including Creme de Corps, Creme de Corps Nurturing Body Washing Cream, Amino Acid Shampoo, Formula 133 and Lip Balm #1 ($225.00).
The collaboration began over a year ago when Kiehl's supported Derek Lam's Spring 2008 collection at New York Fashion Week, and continued through the presentation of his Fall 2008 collection. Inspired by the excitement of the forward-thinking clothes and accessories, Kiehl's tapped Derek Lam to design a luxury travel bag to contain the long-anticipated introduction of Kiehl's classic formulas in travel size. Derek, inspired by his own world travels and traveling experiences, envisioned a luxury.
